Where Governance Meets Human Resources | Nelson Ugonna Onwuliri

Many people view Governance and HR as separate departments, but in a successful organization, they are inextricably linked. Governance provides the "Why" (the mission and rules), while HR provides the "How" (the people and execution).

Through my Harvard Business School certificate in First Nations Governance and my HR management diploma, I have seen how these two fields support one another. Without strong governance, HR has no ethical compass. Without strong HR, governance policies are never truly realized. As Nelson Ugonna Onwuliri, I specialize in this intersection, ensuring that an organization's high-level policies are reflected in the day-to-day treatment of its people.
